Terry is an Emmy Award winning pioneer in the TV industry. In the 1970’s she became one of the highest profile female news anchors in the country. In the 1989 Terry became the face of a new genre of television when she anchored Paramount’s syndicated hit “Hard Copy”. The success of that show, helped give birth to a slew of other “info-tainment” shows like “Inside Edition”, “Access Hollywood”, and “Extra”.

Terry hosted a number of national shows documenting the lives of some of America’s entertainment legends, such as Frank Sinatra and Marilyn Monroe.

Early on in her career, Terry became a household name to news audiences in Detroit (WJBK), Cincinnati (WKRC), Chicago (WLS-TV), and in Los Angeles (KCBS and KABC) where her passion was political reporting.

In 2003, Terry decided to move behind the camera as a writer and producer for “Extra”, covering the biggest celebrity driven news and entertainment events. Her vast experience in Hollywood on both sides of the camera, makes Terry a perfect addition to our Entertainment Media Training, Talent Development, and Political Media Training teams.
